Your first step in receiving care is to book an appointment through our online portal. You will need to select the appropriate service, both the discipline, that is chiropractic, acupuncture or functional medicine, as well as the type of appointment.
- If it is your first time being seen at our clinic, or it has been a year or more since your last visit, you will need to schedule a new patient appointment.
- If you are a current patient and have a new issue, you will need to schedule a re-evaluation exam.
- If you are a current patient and need to be seen for a routine visit for an ongoing issue, please schedule accordingly.

You may have paperwork that needs to be filled out before your appointment, please fill this out prior to your appointment to streamline your visit. When you arrive to your appointment you will be able to check in on your phone, after doing so you will have your appointment.
