New Patient Visit
Welcome to Chiropractic Care
After booking a new patient visit, you will be sent intake forms that explain our assignment of benefits, financial policies, cancelation policies, privacy policies, and gather some information on any issues that are prompting you to look for chiropractic care. After filling out these forms and arriving at your appointment a new patient exam will be conducted. This will include taking vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure, you will also talk to your doctor about the issues that you are having and others you have had in the past.
After gathering a thorough history, you will be examined through a variety of methods including orthopedic tests, palpation of soft tissues and joints, range of motion testing, and possibly x-ray evaluation. Specific testing will be dependent on each patient’s presentation. Following your examination, treatment will be determined, this may include chiropractic manipulation, and therapeutic modalities.
In addition, a care plan will be curated to ensure that your treatment is as effective as possible, this will include your visit frequency and what treatments are recommended. Your second visit will be a report of findings visit (ROF) where your care plan is presented to you, though otherwise your visit will progress just like a routine visit.
Re-Evaluation

Specific testing will be dependent on each patient’s presentation.

Chiropractic Adjustment
Progressing in Care
